Dear Friends,
Our next General Assembly is scheduled to take place via Zoom on Monday, 22th November, 2021 at 4:00 pm (CET). If you would prefer a different day or date, please let us know before the 16th November and we will try to arrange it for a date that the majority can attend.

We won’t be meeting in person this year, an online format does not work for translating every conversation into two or three languages because it would extend the time involved into several hours. If you would like to attend the GA but have difficulty following the discussions – which will be in English – then we strongly recommend that you invite someone who can speak English to sit with you (in person not on Zoom) so they can listen and translate directly to and for you without it taking up the time for others. We are truly sorry that this has to be the way for the online meeting, but we are sure you all appreciate the difficulties.
The minutes of the 2020 GA will have been sent to out to you by now. We’ll send the Agenda for the forthcoming meeting once we have heard from you about the date and whether you are attending.
We very much hope that we will all be able to see each other again next year. Thank you for your understanding! We look forward to hearing from you all and more importantly to seeing you in the near future.
